Refund Policy
By making a payment to Webspide NXT Technologies Pvt Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. We provide digital, intangible, and non-returnable products and services, including software, development, design, and marketing. As such, all sales are final unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
1. General Guidelines
- Once a digital product or deliverable is provided or a service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
- Clients are expected to review all documentation, demos, and project scopes before initiating a purchase or agreement.
- Purchase implies that the client has verified the suitability of the solution for their business requirements.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Change of mind or business direction after payment
- Preference to opt for an alternative service/product
- Disagreement on design or functionality that matches the agreed scope or demo
- Rejection by third-party platforms (e.g., app stores) due to external compliance issues
- Issues arising from client-side configurations or third-party limitations
3. Project-Based Work
Once a service-based project is initiated, we allocate manpower and resources. Full refunds are not feasible after project commencement. If a project is canceled midway:
- Partial refunds may be considered based on unutilized hours
- All completed work corresponding to the payment made will be delivered
4. Support & Deployment
Post-delivery issues related to environment setup, server compatibility, or integration limitations are handled under our support policy. These do not qualify for a refund.
5. Code & Delivery
Clients may request code samples or demos prior to purchase. Refunds based on code quality or development approach will not be entertained once delivery is complete.
6. Policy Changes
Webspide NXT Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued engagement after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that project requirements may change, and clients may need to cancel a service or engagement. Below are the terms that govern cancellations:
1. Service/Project Cancellations
- Clients may cancel a project before it begins and request a refund only if no work has been initiated.
- If cancellation occurs after resource allocation or partial execution, a proportional deduction will be applied for the work completed.
- The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded at the discretion of management.
2. Product Cancellations
- Cancellations for digital products are not applicable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
- Due to the downloadable and non-reversible nature of digital goods, cancellation is not possible once access is granted.
3. Subscription-Based Services
- If a client opts for a subscription-based or retainer service and wishes to cancel, a written request must be sent at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Services used during the active billing period will be non-refundable.
4. Delays or Disputes
- In case of unforeseen delays from our end not caused by third-party factors, we will work with the client to adjust timelines.
- If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, we may discuss a fair cancellation resolution on a case-by-case basis.
